Start with a connected TV or streaming device, an active subscription and its login details. Choose a player that supports the login format supplied for your account. App availability can vary by device and region.
Install a player
On Google TV, use Search to find the app by name, open its listing and select Install. You can also browse the Apps tab. Follow Google’s installation instructions if your layout differs.
Android TV interfaces may show a Google Play Store entry instead. Follow the store available on the device. Confirm the developer and compatibility before installing; do not substitute an APK from an unknown download page.
Add your subscription
Open the player and select the login method matching the credentials you received. Enter the server address and account details exactly as supplied, or use the supplied playlist URL if your player requires that format. Save and allow the playlist to load.
For TiviMate, follow the Xtream Codes guide. A player account or app license can be separate from your KiLoTv subscription; check the player’s terms before paying for an upgrade.
Check playback and get help
Try a channel that is available on your account. If it fails, check the entered details and whether other internet apps work on the same device. Restart the player and retry once. A missing programme guide and a failed login are different issues, so note which one occurs.
Contact KiLoTv with the device model, player name, app version and error message if you need help. Do not share passwords publicly. You can also return to the device setup hub or review the plans.
